How long does shipping take? / What is the delivery time?

If you have placed your order before 15:00 on workdays, we send your supplements the same day. You can usually expect your order within 1-2 workdays.

What payment methods are there?

For your convenience, we offer a number of different payment options to suit your needs through a secure payment gateway.

We accept all major credit cards and payments through PayPal, a well-known, trusted, and secure way to make payments over the Internet.

How does the new customer portal work? What functions are there?

Through the My FitForMe portal you can manage, change, and update your personal data, address, payment methods, and orders. When accessing the portal, you will receive a one-time password via e-mail, for each login attempt. This way you do not have to remember your password as we will provide one for you each time.

How can I place my order?

If you want to order multivitamins or other supplements from FitForMe, you can do so via the website. We have set up our webshop in such a way that ordering online is very simple:

 

Step 1: Place the desired product in your shopping cart.

 

Step 2: Enter your details. If you have ordered before, you can log in with your e-mail address and password.

 

Step 3: Choose a one-time order or choose the FitForMe Subscription for repeated orders. With the FitForMe subscription you will receive a minimum of 10% discount on your WLS supplements and you will receive them automatically every 6 months. This way you will always have enough supplements at home. Want to change your shipment times? You can easily do so via My FitForMe.

 

Step 4: Select your preferred payment method.

 

Step 5: Check your order. Once you submit your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail and of course, your products.

How can I return my order?

If you decide to return or exchange the supplements after receiving your order, you have up to 14 days after receiving your order to do so. You then have another 14 days to return the order. The products must be intact if you decide to return them.

Refunds will only be authorised if you contact FitForMe within 30 days of purchasing your initial subscription. Refunds will only be for your initial payment.

How can I change the shipment date of my order?

You can do this by logging in your My FitForMe account. You can do this up to two days before the current scheduled date. You can choose a date in the near future up to three months after the original scheduled date. Do you want to postpone your order by more than three months? Please contact Customer Service.

How can I track my order?

After every order, within 24 hours after your purchase, you will receive an email from our courier. You can find it in your inbox by looking for the subject “Your FFM order has been sent”. Don’t forget to check your spam folder too. In the e-mail you can find a Track & Trace link. Through this you will be able to follow your parcel step by step during the transit and get updates about the expected delivery day.

What is ROC?

ROC stands for Returning Ordering Customer. When choosing ROC, you subscribe to FitForMe. You will receive automatic orders and don’t have to remember to place a new one. FitForMe keeps track of this and will make sure you have your WLS on time without any breaks in your supplementation.
